2 Some questions If you camera came with two lenses, do you need another? Why so many lenses to choose from? Why such a price range? Does it really matter?

3 Quick Answers Yes, you do need more lenses, that is one of the beautiful things about having a DSLR. –Since their inception, the interchangeable lens system was appealing allowing armature photographers to not only expand and grow into lenses, but also to adjust to different shooting situations. They offer so many because the BEST for one application isn’t the best for every application.

5 Why shoot with a 50mm lens? So long as you can move, immortal photographers like Henri Cartier-Bresson have never needed anything else.Henri Cartier-Bresson A fast 50/1.4 is a far better choice than any zoom for use in low light, and effectively quadruples your ISO, with no increase in noise, compared to any f/2.8 zoom. The 50mm f/1.4 increases your ISO by ten times compared to any f/4.5 zoom, again with no change in noise.
