It can be used to cook vegetable ,in the shape of pickle and gels
How to make aloe gel
Wash aloe Vera leaves and peel off both the thorny sides and one side of the leaf. Now with the blunt side of knife cut the pulp crush it in a mixer add a pinch of salt take one spoon full of this gel by mixing it with water early in the morning and before going to bed.
Its pulp can also be used to make vegetable.

11. Aloe Vera side effects and cautions
Abdominal Cramps and diarrhea have been reported with oral use of aloe Vera
People who use glucose lowering medication should be careful while using Aloe Vera as it may lower the glucose level of the body
Diarrhea thus caused can decrease the absorption of many drugs.
