4. The Sixth Grade Math Curriculum will focus on 8 Mathematical Practices!

12. 8. Look for and express regularity in repeated reasoning   I can notice when calculations are repeated. Then, I can find more efficient methods and short cuts.

16. Online Book  To access online book, students must locate the activation code.  This can be found on E-School under Student Links and Student Software.  Once you have the activation code students can create an account to access the book online.

17. Canvas  The new learning management system that CUSD 95 has adopted.  Can accessed through app on iPad or through the website lz95.instructure.com.  Homework and upcoming assessments will be posted on here.

18. The Homework….  Homework will typically be assigned daily. Each homework assignment will be worth 5 points.  Points are earned by completing all problems and correcting them the next day.  The homework will be posted on Canvas.  The homework will be also be posted on my website:  You can locate my website through MSN’s staff directory. www.lz95.org/msn www.lz95.org/msn  The purpose of each homework assignment will be to review what was taught in class.
