Process 22 technical eCare documents were provided by the Scottish Executive The documents cover architecture, design, data, security, risk management, implementation etc. We are asked: Do the documents meet their objectives and scope? Is the solution adequate and based on sound principles and good practice?

Findings The quality of the documentation ranges from good to excellent The documentation is clear, concise and meets its objectives The architectural + technical challenges have been successfully met Now, focus on more detailed design and overview documentation
