1. Behavior Plan Tiger Tribes -Work as a team to earn the most points! -Added points for good behavior, participation in class discussions, completing certain tasks in a timely manner, following teacher instruction. -Deduction of points for the opposite!! Tiger Tribe Redemption -Daily Winner=Tiger Ticket per member *Regular Tiger Ticket Redemption still applies 1 ticket=drawing for good behavior chair 5 tickets=add 5 points to a daily/formative grade 15 tickets=drop your lowest daily/formative grade -Overall Weekly Winner=Candy on Friday per member -Overall 6 weeks winner=Snacks in class, last day of 6 weeks per member *only exception for no redemption is if name is on board

2. Behavior Plan *Over a 6 weeks plan 1 st offense=Tiger Tribe Deduction-personal 2 nd offense=Name on board *If name is on board for a week without moving to a pre-referral (meaning you have controlled your behavior), your name comes off the board and you are back to the 1 st offense. 3 rd offense=Pre-Referral 4 th offense=Parent Contact *I will hold you after class, you will call your parent and tell them why you are acting up in class, ends with teacher parent conversation with a warning of a referral. 5 th offense=Referral

3. Reading Checks Everyday you will come into class and read. As soon as the bell rings you will be in your seat and reading. If you are not, Tiger Tribe points will be deducted per person. On MTF you will read the first 10 minutes of class and the last 5. On W you will read the first 20 minutes of class and the last 5. During the last 2 minutes of the beginning of class reading time, I will walk around and record the page number you are on. You are expected to complete 10 pages from day to day checks. If you are behind, 5 points will be deducted each book check. Everyone starts with a 100. You are expected to read 2 books a 6 weeks. If two books are not read by end of 6 weeks, 20 points will be deducted. If one book has been read, 10 points will be deducted.

4. Daily tasks Tiger Tribe Counter-You will sit at the side table during class time. Every time Mrs. Richardson asks for points to be added or deducted, you will mark in the book. *if name is on board you will not be able to do this task Librarian-You will sit in the good behavior chair during the first minutes of class (reading time) and observe the library, Only one student can be at the library at a time. You are responsible for filling out classroom library slips if anyone is borrowing a book, as well as collecting returned books (throwing out check-out slips). At the end of class, you will make sure the library is organized as well as work your beginning class duties. *if name is on board you will not be able to do this task Keeper-Pass out keepers during beginning reading time and collect keepers during end of class reading times. Also responsible of collecting trash at end of class. Folder-Pass out folders during beginning reading time and collect folders during end of class reading times. Also responsible of collecting trash at end of class.
