6. The dangers of email attachments Most people continue to receive web bugs/viruses in their inbox. These undercover icons detect whether an e-mail address is active so that they can continue to clog peoples mailboxes. These bugs are difficult to prevent, but you can try deleting junk messages without opening them, or set your e- mail program to view messages as text only, the term "computer virus" that works alone and hacks your system it is a common outcome from opening certain attachments on email / anywhere online and that is where you will need to take care and only open emails from the people you know/ trusted businesses.

11. Why would my email may not be working? There are many reasons why email may not work, starting with the internet connection by also checking if the internet is live with the ethernet cable plugged in properly if it is not working I will need to report this to my teacher who would then report this to edu-tech however if I am at home I will report it to my local ISP. If it is still failing to load just double check it is not that particular webpage which may be faulty most importantly give it a refresh and try again.

12. CC: Carbon Copy I have now sent an email to Luke & josh asking about a client using carbon copy(CC) this is where you will receive a copy of the email to your inbox as well as the people you’re emailing it to.

13. BCC: Blind Carbon Copy I have now used Blind Carbon Copy in email(bcc) this is basically where I send an email to two people however the bcc is ‘blinded’ to the other address. For example because Luke is blinded Valentinas will not know that I also sent a copy to Luke.
