Education Levels in District Five 9.7% do not have a High School Diploma, lower than the Citys average of 18.7% 62.6% of District Five Residents have at least a High School Degree, which is higher than the Citys average of 49% 28.1% have earned a Bachelor's Degree or higher, which is higher the Citys average of 13% percent
