2 What is TAPE? Texas based organization that has formed local and regional networks with Parent Educators. The local networks consist of professional parent educators from many different fields that network, support, and collaborate with the Center for Parent Education and each other.

3 TAPE Mission To build a network of professionals and paraprofessionals involved in the fields of parent education, parent involvement, and family support in order to: Promote parent education, parent involvement, and family support in the schools, communities, and state. Create opportunities to increase knowledge and skills in the field of parent education, parent involvement, and family support.
