No in-service training offered until today No opportunity to have a professional counseling body (i.e. an expert in dealing with demotivated students in ELT) No separate funding specifically allocated to the use of the Foreign Languages Center for professional development

I n-service training specifically tailored to the needs of both the teachers and the students of this school Employing a full-time professional with specialised knowledge to assist us in dealing with demotivated students Financial and academic support by the university to encourage us to develop ourselves both personally and professionally
