6. SDQ The SDQ is THE MOST IMPORTANT FORM TO YOUR COUNSELOR IN THIS PROCESS!!! It helps your counselor write your letter of recommendation, so be thorough in answering the questions. To start your SDQ, click on the About me tab. The SDQ will appear to the left of the screen. Remember to save your work each time you exit. It is due by March 1 st ! The SDQ is THE MOST IMPORTANT FORM TO YOUR COUNSELOR IN THIS PROCESS!!!

7. Activity Resume Your activity resume is also due March 1 st. Your counselor will email you a link to the document as well as an attachment. Please upload your completed activities resume into googledocs and share it with your counselor by March 1 st.

9. Post Test Please complete the post test in Naviance under the About Me Tab before you shut down your computers.
