Benefits of Self-Esteem 1. Being Optimistic – having a positive attitude about the future. 2. Taking care of your health and hygiene. 3. Meeting new people and being fun to be around. 4. Increased opportunities. You set goals and achieve them. 5. Having confidence – the belief in your ability to do what you set out to do.

Building Self-Esteem 1. Set realistic goals. 2. Focus on what you are naturally good at. 3. Ask for help when you need it. 4. Accept that no one is perfect and that making mistakes is natural. Learning from mistakes will help you grow. 5. Think positively.
