Convergence (voice/data/video) is a different animal now as technology makes strides with wireless, biometrics, bandwidth, interoperability, storage and retrieval. Privacy concerns are a legitimate issue, but there is no denying the positive results with regard to public safety and welfare. This session discusses the latest trends, technologies and approaches being used in the public sector.
