PROBLEM Client: Novice Users Creating a better and effective workout experience for novice users, who has no idea or experience about any workout plans. Solution: Generating a random workout will effectively improve and motivate a novice users to workout.

20 participants Two Groups: Between Subjects Old Interface (9 participants) New Interface (11 participants) Hypothesis: Novice users using the new random workout interface will help improve and motivate their workout experience compared to novice users using the existing interface. Final Results Based on the averages of the participants satisfaction, motivation & overall experience: T-value: 4.20 > 1.96 (Excellent) P-value: 0.001 < 0.05 (Excellent)
