Assistant Director, University Advancement As the Assistant Director of University Advancement, I would Identify, cultivate, and solicit prospects with the capacity to make gifts of $25,000 and above Reorganize the loosely knit alumni community into a cohesive group associated with strong affinity groups that coordinate with each other to reach fundraising goals Work closely with the Deans and Chairs of the Divisions, the faculty and Radford officials and development colleagues to raise money for the University Perform related tasks including preparing materials for prospect solicitations, crafting lead letters, writing briefings, and creating gift proposals
