He is involved as consultant to several multinational corporations, government services and international organisations, including the World Bank and the European Commission. His consulting activities include venture capital, development of new technology-related companies, including science park facilities, privatisation, and development of R&D within a national and regional context. He has widely published in areas of International Finance, International Joint Ventures and contemporary issues in the International Transfer of Technology.
