26 Evaluation of Mid-term Report “....However, a few technical and financial issues will need to be addressed with your Final report”:  Reporting: Section 5.4 "Analysis of long-term benefits" of your report fails to describe clearly and convincingly how and by which means you intend boosting the acceptance and the replication of the project technology. I would therefore invite you to provide in your Final Report: A comprehensive description of the steps undertaken to ensure the replication of the project technology, and the concrete results achieved on a local scale, splitting the analysis between plant nursing and road construction; The same as above but on a greater scale (national scale, in Spain, in the EU); A concrete analysis of the barriers to the further implementation and application of the technology as well as possible actions to tackle such barriers.  Dissemination: Update of the project website  Financial issues: Each partner has to provide some explanation and administrative documents with the Final Report

29 Final Report and new EC forms ISECNR will be responsible of the production of the Final report which will be made up by:  Progress report with the summary of technical, administrative and dissemination project issues  NEW Administrative summary excel files of each beneficiary of project costs with signatures  Dissemination Annex  A separate document with responses to EC comments of MTR  Deliverables  Possible Technical Reports The Project end is 31 March 2016 The Final Report deadline is 30 June 2016 The EC ok of the Final Report will produce the project final payment from the EC

31 Final Report and new EC forms Deadline  ISECNR will send to each beneficiary the NEW EC excel forms and a form for technical and dissemination contribution for the Mid-Term Report no later than 15 th of April 2016  Each beneficiary has to send to ISECNR all the technical contribution no later than end of April 2016  Each beneficiary has to send to ISECNR all the dissemination contribution no later than end of April 2016  Each beneficiary has to send to ISECNR the draft of all the administrative NEW excel documents no later than end of April 2016  ISECNR will send to each beneficiary the comments on the draft of all the administrative excel documents no later than 15th of May 2016  Each beneficiary has to send to ISECNR all the final administrative excel documents with signatures no later than end of May 2016  ISECNR will send to EC and Monitoring agency all the Final Report documents no later than 30st of June 2016
