First programme achievements Sub-theme: Information Society Project: PIKE Partner concerned: Bologna Municipality (IT) Policy improved: Revision of the Emilia Romagna Regional Telematic Plan 2011-2013 which now includes the ‘Guidelines for Local Wireless Communities’ coming from PIKE Sub-theme: Natural & technological risks; Climate Change Project: GRaBS Partner concerned: London Borough of Sutton (UK) Policy improved: Revision of the ‘Sutton’s Adaptation Action Plan’ which now integrates GRaBS findings on community and stakeholders engagement into Climate Change policies
