1.Discuss two opportunities in Certificates and Endorsements versus PD. Give examples of Use: Driver Licenses, all Wellness oriented training, Seven Oaks managing for Classifications? Discuss NEXT STEPS per district in further implementation and guidance on certificate and endorsement naming (EIS.132) 2.Talk about integration for SmarterU (Up and Down) and for Hour Zero – two options districts are using to creating/delivering online courses to staff. 3.Workshops … where do they fit? Show where post workshop you can automatically update PD, update Certificate AND efile completion certificates. 4.NEW TOPIC HEALTH/WELLNESS: Discuss desires from our WPG districts to create an employee online injury/accident recording/reporting application.. Your thoughts?

Tremendous opportunities to track, report on, view !!!!! PD is best used for all your internal courses and workshops with exception of those like first aid that may have expiry dates and more official certification. Certificates excellent for recording more official date sensitive and expiry oriented information. Both are visible in EC/AC.. Both EIS.122, EIS.210 controllable for view

Use CIMS to create Course(s) and potentially assign courses. Each Day Download Employees AND prescribed courses Let the online courseware do its work Upload each day employees and progress in courses … to PD WSD = SmarterU (Working with Vendor on totally automated process) FMCM = Hour Zero (Basic export, some import)

Currently have EIS.325 and fantastic reporting opportunity. New Thoughts: Use EC for Employee to report an injury – fill in enough to start an EIS.325 record AND also ability to attach official report (fillable PDF or word document or whatever each district may decide) Once completed – Injury record now appears in AC Main. Administrator will review/edit and browse/attach their necessary documentation. Shows up in EIS.325 for reporting, completing … Useful? What will this do with/for WCB situations? What happens in addition for WCB recording/reporting?
