5.  Evaluate proposed changes in guidelines, procedures and statutes  Advise WisDOT staff and utility representatives  Conduct training for designers and utility coordinators & utility company personnel  Maintain and update manuals and forms  Participate in ad hoc utility coordination committees. 5
