4 Concept & Goal of Decent Work In line with ILO Four Strategic Objectives Fundamental Principles and Rights Decent Employment and Adequate Income Adequate Social Security Protection Consultation and Social Dialogue Can be Achieved without Compromising workers’ rights and Social Standards
