AN ATHLETES DIET AROUND 55 – 60% OF THE DIET HAS TO BE CARBOHYDRATES 10 – 15 % FROM SUGARS – REST FROM STATCH WHAT FOODS GIVE SUGAR CARBS AND STARCH CARBS?
