You may be suffering from Test Anxiety Definition: when a student excessively worries about doing well on a test. This can become a major hindrance on test performance and cause extreme nervousness and memory lapses among other symptoms. Excessively Extreme EXTRA

Here are some tips to help reduce your test anxiety:

1. Be well prepared. The best way to reduce stress is to prepare. Study hard!

2. Don’t cram. Space out your studying over several days/hours. Review little bits of information often.

3. Have a positive attitude! You’re going to take the test no matter what. If you’re negative you WILL do bad. If you’re positive you have a chance. Smile!

4. A little bit of exercise helps! Take some time every day to exercise just a bit. The fall is perfect for a nice walk,

5. Get a good night’s rest before the test. Sleep! A good night’s rest will help more than studying all night and not remembering anything.

6. Make a study schedule Maybe you won’t keep it. Still, it’s better to have a plan: it will reduce your stress and give you an idea of what to do every day.
