Akshaya-Women Empowerment In Kuzhimanna Panchayath Women’s Club in one of the centres initiated a Capacity Building project with an aim of starting 25 industries in the Panchayath and to market the products through Akshaya network

Akshaya- Water Resource Management Mampad Panchayath Mapping of Ground water resources, rain water details, number of wells, streams existing drinking water projects, Panchayath prepared a project report for the year based on the database.

Akshaya-Puzhakkattiri Herbal Village-Livelihood for farmers Akshaya Entrepreneurs did a Bio Diversity Mapping. Trained to identify herbal plants; formed groups, prepared data base. Launched a project called, ‘Herbal Panchayath’ The farmers earn a living through cultivation of the medicinal plants.
