Welcome to the Desktop Originator (DO) Center! Click on the “New Visitors” icon and follow the registration steps... Or, if you have already registered for access, click on the “Submit a File” icon.

Input your User name and Password when prompted.

Once inside the 1003 Manager, you can create a new 1003 or import a file...

Importing a Test Case file

When importing a file, search on “All Files” democase

Once the file is selected, click on “Upload File” A:\democase.txt

This graph shows the status of your import….

After a successful import, this message will appear.

The “moving sidewalk” automatically takes you to section III…..

Make any changes to the imported file, then save and continue...

The prompt for ordering a credit report automatically appears once there is enough borrower information.

Make sure the appropriate credit report is requested (joint or individual) then click on “Yes, Start credit request”.

Note the “Starting Credit Request” message as you save and continue through the 1003.

Information from the credit report has been auto- populated in the liabilities section. Note the credit reference number...

If one of the liabilities is a mortgage to be paid off, reflect this in field provided... Match mortgage liabilities with REO section of 1003 in field provided (if applicable). ….

Update transmittal...

Choose “Streamlined submission” from the utility menu in the 1003 Manager to submit your file….

Streamlined submission stops if the application is incomplete. Click the link to correct the error. If there are no errors...

Click “Yes” to continue with submission..

Watch as the connection to the MORNETPlus Network is made and your 1003 information is submitted...

Although the link to view Underwriting Findings appears immediately, you must wait until you have been disconnected from the MORNETPlus Network.. The submission process will continue automatically..

Click “OK”..

Verify Transmittal data and click on “Save”

Click the “Submit” button to continue the Streamlined Submission

Click on “OK” after a successful submission.

Notice the check next to “Disconnect from the MORNETPlus Network”. Click on “OK” to continue. Click on this link to view Underwriting Findings

“Underwriting Findings” can now be viewed or printed at anytime...

Use the “Application history” feature in the Utility Menu of the 1003 Manager to view Underwriting Findings (after successful submissions) and to view the history of the application.

The “Check application” feature can also be used to troubleshoot any problems you are having with your file...

Use the “Help Center” to review frequently asked questions (FAQ’s), get support line hours and phone numbers and more...

After completing the registration process, enter the 1003 Manager. On your first visit you will be prompted to input information through a 4 step process necessary to submit files to DO via the Internet...

After your 1003 is complete, use the “Check application” feature to find errors and omissions prior to submitting your file for underwriting...

The “Check application” feature runs automatically on any streamline submission. The file will be sent immediately if no problems were detected.
