Taking the PDSA Process from the Classroom Level to the Building Level Show other staff members / stakeholders (who are not familiar with the process) what great things can happen when you work towards continuous improvement. Dont get Overwhelmed…. Start off slow so you dont get frustrated and want to give up before you have really begun. If you have questions, dont be afraid to refer back to your handbooks, notes or bounce your ideas off of someone else. Use the Tools Use the tools you have learned during the training. Learn by doing…… Dont be afraid to try out new tools you arent quite familiar with.
