2. Policy FAQ: How can I exclude the sold price on an MLS listing? We understand that there are circumstances where a buyer and/or seller would like the sold price to be excluded from the MLS. Earlier this year, we created a new form to streamline this process. To exclude any sold listing simply follow these two steps: 1. Under “Other Forms & Documents” you’ll find the MLS Non-Disclosure of Sales Price Form. This form needs to be signed by the Seller, Listing Agent, Listing Broker, Buyer, Buyer’s Agent, and Buyer’s Broker and submitted within 10 business days of the sale. 2. The fee for this service is $500.00 per listing. Once the form has been submitted (1) and the fee is paid (2), the listing will no longer be available or visible to MLS Subscribers. Friendly Policy Reminder: If a subscriber withdraws or expires a listing that was in fact sold in attempt to exclude the sales price, the fine is $1,500.00 per incident.
