2 - To learn to develop preventive action for protection of open reservoirs. - To teach the correct registration reporting and registration to documentation. - To teach independent sampling of water of sewage at cleaning stages. - To master a technique of sanitary inspection of a construction on purifications of city sewage. Occupation purpose:

3 Tasks: The student has to know: - Value and legal the norms governing the relation of the person to the person, society and environment. - To apply basic provisions of each document on the value. - Features of the organization and to carrying out hygienic and epidemiological action for reduction of an adverse effect of risk factors on a state of health population and environment.

4 The student has to be able: - To exercise the current sanitary inspection on under control municipal objects. - To prove the actions at the solution of a problem of TSN behind protection of water of reservoirs. - To conduct sanitary and hygienic examinations of objects of supervision and to make the corresponding registration and reporting documentation.

5 Motivation. The current sanitary inspection on protection of water objects includes: A) identification of sources of pollution and studying of their influence on a reservoir, water use and health of the population B) sanitary inspection of constructions on cleaning, tertiary treatment and neutralization of sewage and their rainfall for the subsequent account and certification of objects C) periodic sanitary control of operation, contents and efficiency of work of treatment sewer facilities with use of data of sanitary inspection and laboratory analysis of sewage D) periodic (1 time in 3 years) control of observance of conditions of production of sewage on the operating objects E) development of the plans of measures directed on reduction of pollution of reservoirs, coordination of these plans with the interested organizations and departments.

6 At sanitary inspection of the treatment plant the health officer makes the program of the current sanitary inspection in which includes the following main questions: 1) existence of derogation from the project of treatment facilities: 2) compliance of the schematic diagram of treatment facilities to this amount of sewage: 3) correctness of the device, contents and operation of clearing constructions, territories, existence of SPZ, its compliance to hygienic requirements: 4) amount of the arriving sewage, quality and efficiency of cleaning: 5) observance condition of production of sewage: 6) check of implementation of the schedule of preventive repair of the equipment:

7 Scheme of profound sanitary inspection1.stations on sewage treatment2. name of object, address, departmental subordination.3. Type, project series, year of development and authors. 4. The location of a site of station in respect of the settlement. Existence and width of SPZ. Site size, its planning and improvement (gardening, road network, zamosheniye, artificial lighting)

8 5. Qualitative composition of sewage on average daily concentration and their compliance to design data. 6. The station of transfer giving grindings on treatment facilities (is, isn't present). Structure of station of transfer: - capacity is intended for what period;- whether there corresponds the hour productivity of pump installations to the maximum hour inflow of drains;- whether it is provided 50% I reserved reserve pump installations;- whether it is provided power supply from two independent sources;- existence of lattices in front of pumps;- ways of removal and disinfecting the eaderzhannykh on lattices of garbage;- existence of emergency release, seals on final caps;- ways of removal of the dumped waters in case of accident and a place of their receipt in a reservoir.

Mechanical cleaning: - lattices: the device, the mode of removal of the detained substances and their neutralization, a sanitary condition of rooms of lattices (lighting, ventilation), working conditions of the working; - sand traps: number, type of a way of regulation of time of stay and speed of the movement of waste liquid; compliance of the device sanitary hygienic requirements; sanitary condition of rooms (lighting, ventilation), working conditions of the working; - peskovy platforms: acceptances loading, way of assignment and tertiary treatment of drainage waters, further use of sand; - primary settlers: quantity, type, compliance of the device sanitar-no-to hygienic requirements; the actual time of stay of waste liquid, frequency of removal of floating impurity and the dropped-out deposit. - Septic tank: type quantity of sections, a form material from which is made (a brick, concrete, a tree), compliance of the device to hygienic requirements; estimated and actual time of stay of waste liquid; frequency of removal of a deposit, a way of removal (manual mechanized), a method of neutralization of a deposit (a composting, a zapakhivaniye, export).

11 - local treatment facilities; quantity, type, compliance of the device to San hygienic requirements; settlement and actual hydraulic loadings, their compliance to soil type, level of standing of ground waters, to average annual temperatures, type and a condition of portioning devices, a species of the cultivated plants, existence of placement of bodies of veterinary sanitary inspection on their cultivation; - fields of an irrigation, filtration: the total area, type, a way of giving and distribution of waste liquid, a way of data of the cleared waters, planning of a site, existence of reserve cards, compliance of the device to hygienic requirements, settlement and actual loadings, their compliance to type of the soil, extent of sewage treatment, to average annual air temperatures, a depth of ground waters and a species of the cultivated plants, existence of permission of bodies of veterinary and sanitary inspection to cultivation; - biological ponds: total area, area, appointment, type, number of steps, mode cleaning, compliance of the device to sanitary and hygienic requirements; settlement and actual loading on BPK, the frequency of removal of a deposit and its neutralization.

Disinfecting: reagent: way of dispensing, existence of a reserve of reagent, condition of its storage; chlorine absorptivity of sewage and the used doses; contact time; content of residual active chlorine.

14 13. evaluation of the work of departmental laboratory on implementation of technological control of operation of the treatment plant and its separate constructions, comparison of data of departmental laboratory to results of researches by TsGSEN laboratory. 14. Dignity. a condition of a reservoir in a place of production of the cleared sewage, 15. Existence of household rooms for working, existence of sanitary books at the service personnel, observance of frequency of passing of medical examinations.

15 The new pedagogical technologies used on this occupation: Camomiles method. "Camomile" under lines of a camomile is passed round questions on last subjects are written. Each student tears off to himself option of a question and gives a camomile to another. All write down the versions of answers. Then there is a discussion. The wrong answers cross out. By quantity of the correct answers estimate knowledge of students.

The program of laboratory research of sewage depends on what conditions? 4. What data are necessary for the doctor for drawing up the conclusion about efficiency of treatment facilities?
