Judgements in the new draft Ofsted Framework Achievement of pupils The quality of teaching Behaviour and safety of pupils The quality of leadership and management Overall effectiveness judged by taking account of these judgements as well as spiritual, moral, social, cultural development and meeting needs of all pupils. Early years no longer a separate judgement
