8. 12-CRS-0106 REVISED 8 FEB 2013 Edit an existing meeting - cont’d. Now that the meeting will show as “cancelled,” scroll down on the page, and click “Edit.” We are doing this in order to actually delete the meeting. 8

9. 12-CRS-0106 REVISED 8 FEB 2013 Cancel an existing meeting Scroll down, and select for a flag to appear adjacent to the meeting that will indicate that it has been cancelled. This flag is called the “Cancel Meeting Flag.” 9

10. 12-CRS-0106 REVISED 8 FEB 2013 Delete an existing meeting Scroll down, and click on the “Delete” button You may choose to completely delete the meeting. If so, follow the same steps to “edit” an existing meeting. 10
