The body of the research paper will describe the organization’s management practices that make Ford Motor unique from other similar companies, and the innovative strategies that the company has put in place as applied concepts that were discussed in class (Sadler, 2002). Various issues relating to the success or failure or management programs and strategies will be discussed in this section of the research paper. Body

The management practices, models and innovative strategies that will be discussed in the research paper will describe how Ford Motor has managed to succeed and make it unique from other similar companies (Huffmire & Holmes, 2006) or led to success or failure of business programs in Ford Motor Company (Tata, Prasad & Thorn, 1999). Management of human resource will be evaluated in the report in terms of how the company has managed to achieve employee satisfaction; employee engagement; leadership development; diversity and inclusion; and ensuring occupational health and safety (Nersesian, 2000).
