Time Analysis. Identify task that are easy to accomplish. Resources: Resources available Time available Evaluate: Most important. Expected results (short term Vs long term)

5 Goal Setting Goals are steps to achieving your Vision. Goals are part of your Vision. Goals have to be consistent with your Vision A goal normally describes a change or an improvement. It tells what a group plans to accomplish, time frame and result. Goals can be short term or long term.

6 Question Yourself What will we have accomplished upon completion of the goal? How will we know we have accomplished it? What will happen if we don’t achieve this goal?
