1 Encourage students to think mathematically while they using their bodies as concrete examples Leave no child on the behind. Stretching and strengthening exercises are good for the muscles and creative shapes and movements are good for the brain.

2 The whole class was dancing to Cuban Salsa music. Three of the Dancers decided to sit out and play The claves (two wooden sticks that are struck together to make a rhythm.) How many wooden sticks were needed so that each person would have a pair? SHHHHHHH! WRITE THE NUMBER SENTENCE FOR THIS PROBLEM.

4  A class of 20 students are playing  SHIPS & SAILORS!  The command is  “TITANIC.”  How many groups of  TWO are there?
