20. Copyright VCU Center for Teacher Leadership u $2565 is the total cost. ALL candidates in HCPS must pay $565. The remainder ($2,000) has been covered by state grant monies and HCPS in the past. THIS WILL DEPEND ON THE FINAL BUDGET IN HCPS THIS YEAR (We will likely have a final answer on this by March 2.)

21. u Between 10 and 15 teachers from HCPS will be accepted into the 2012-2013 cohort (budget-dependent). u A structured support program/cohort is provided for these 10-15 teachers, along with other teachers from the Richmond-metro area. u 2 professional leave days are given to complete portfolio (pending budget approval). u All re-certification credits (180 points) are awarded to teachers who complete the process.
