DOOR – TO - DOOR MANAGEMENT - It is our considered opinion that you should make available to modecash, Orders and Invoices with a view to offering our professional advice on freight rates / charges by suppliers / shippers based on our knowledge of the prevailing market rate in the Shipping / Freight Industry.

11. DOOR – TO - DOOR MANAGEMENT - MODECASH shall perform your liaison services with your supplier abroad and provide update information on your orders/consignment. In line with the current destination inspection already in place, MODECASH expects the documentation in place: Form ‘M’ to be established and sent to supplier. MODECASH in turn receives copy of Form’M’ and Insurance from YOUand from the supplier the following: Final Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading / Airway Bill Combined Certificate of Value & Origin Manufacturers’ Certificate of production These documents shall be lodged with Customs as soon as consignment is shipped and documents received for customs clearance processing.

12. DOOR – TO - DOOR MANAGEMENT Afterwards customs assessment is sent to Destination Inspection Agent for RAR (Risk Assessment Report) which takes about 5 days. Then follows the actual customs clearance of cargo prior to delivery to designated destinations. MODECASH INTERNATIONAL therefore is ensuring speedy transfer and processing of documents for customs clearance.

13. SHIPMENT / FREIGHT Should we be required to handle shipment by supplier, MODECASH has secured reserved spaces on cargo aircraft/vessels.

CLEARING OF CARGO It is important to buttress our commitment to achieve 90% direct delivery concession in all cases to avert the problems associated with port congestion and block stacking of containers, occasioning delays. With our monitoring of vessel arrival, direct delivery applications can easily be processed with customs and secured prior to berthing.

WAREHOUSING Apart from having been granted License to operate Customs Bonded Warehouse, MODECASH has developed its own warehousing facility.We can move your consignment to this facility for safekeeping and or storage if not urgently required on site and will deliver same on request. We already have warehouse management software in place to keep inventory of your cargo on line.
