A 80 years old man presented with dizziness and got history of syncope. BP 110/80 mmHg. CASE 3 1. What are the ECG findings? 2. What is the diagnosis? 3. What further investigations are indicated? 4. Discuss your management if the blood pressure dropped to 90/60 mmHg at AED.
