3 Essential Skills Response Overall response is clearly in favor of the presented list of Essential Skills ranking them all ABOVE 7.5 on a scale of 1- 10 Personal Management/Teamwork averaged 8.66- placing it as 5th, higher than "apply math"

10 DRAFT Assessment Framework for Essential Skills ~ to be reviewed by State Board in March 1.Ensure opportunities to learn Local performance assessments grades 3-8 and high school required, embedded into instruction, use Official State Scoring Guides or comparable measures 2.Build on existing systems a.Assessments Use OAKS to the extent appropriate b.Expertise Establish an Assessment of Essential Skills Review Panel (AESRP) c.Additional (multiple) pathways Other assessments eligible as approved by AERSP (e.g. local performance assessment, AP, ACT, SAT etc.)
