6. Documentation of Process First I got the books ready for the book fair for the kids.

7. Documentation of Process continued The second step I had to do is find a partner to read with and we had to choose a couple of books.

9. Final Product  When you are a principal and you are doing your job right, the effects can be seen on how well the school is running.  By helping organize a book fair, kids became excited about reading
