13 COMMITTEE ON DIRECTORSHIP (COD) Composition of COD – 1 member elected from each of 12 districts – 6 appointees or ex-officio members Role of COD –Evaluates all nominees for the AFPBoard –Creates slate of Directors to be elected by the members
