CHAPTER PRESIDENTS’ COUNCIL (CPC) Composition –All Chapter Presidents –Ex-officio non-voting representatives Selects members of the Committee on Directorship (COD) Elects a representative to the AFPBoard Forum for networking, feedback, dialogue and identification of issues

COMMITTEE ON DIRECTORSHIP (COD) Composition of COD – 1 member elected from each of 12 districts – 6 appointees or ex-officio members Role of COD –Evaluates all nominees for the AFPBoard –Creates slate of Directors to be elected by the members
