8. The YMCA and the financial assistance I have received in the last year has impacted my life and my kids lives. My kids are able to participate in extra curricular activities like karate and ballet when before they were sitting at home and watching TV or playing video games. I’m a single mom with fill custody of my two kids, so it would have been impossible to pay the full amount to join the Y. Now I feel better and I can see that my kids are happy too. We are changing our lifestyle because our minds and bodies are becoming healthier, thank you YMCA!! IMPACT
