3. Group A: specific conditions (Sec. 7) Group A assembles the regions and the countries which were targeted under the 1st Call for proposals 2006. Priority will be given to the partnerships selected last year and which have signed a Framework Partnership Agreement with the Agency. This is subject to the following conditions that all contractual and reporting obligations are fulfilled by the partnership; that their performance is considered in line with the principles and expectations of the programme by the Agency; and that a new submission is made. In case of one or more of the above conditions are not respected, the funding for the respective lot will be granted to a new partnership.
