Preparation for the Interview Do homework about school, department and faculty Prepare plans for: – Courses you are prepared/willing to teach, incorporation of reformed teaching – Obtaining funded research (topics, types of proposals, agencies, collaborations) – Succeeding in research (mentoring students, startup needs, papers) Prepare your questions
