How do I create online assessment on Edusoft?

1.Click on Teacher Tools Tab 2.Click on Assessments 3.Click Create New Test

1.Enter general test info: -Exam name 2. Choose a save folder location. 3. Click OK

1.Select “School District” 2.Click Continue

1.Select standards group -Florida Next Generation Standards -AP Standards 2.Select specific subject 3.Identify the body of knowledge/grade

1.Select the specific benchmarks that you will be creating questions for 2.Click Continue

1.Review the selected benchmarks 2.Add more benchmarks if necessary or click Continue

1.Select Section Type: Standard 2.Select Question Type: Multiple Choice 3.Select Default Value: 1 4.Click Continue

1.Select the specific standard for question. 2.Click on blue link on bottom “Create a Question”

1.Question Creation -Number of answer choices: Select # -Answer Choice label: style of answer choice -Align to Standard: select specific benchmark 2. Click Continue

1.Click Edit to insert Question 2.Click Edit to insert answer choices

1.Copy and paste question from test bank, word document or create a new question. 2.Format question using tool bar similar to Word.

1.Select testing parameters - Testing windows (time frame) -Set time limit -Select desired test settings 2. Click continue

1.Create a username for the student -Create a pattern for all students -Easier in case the students forget 2. Click continue

1.User Profile will include selected username and assign a password for the student 2.Print to provide to students

1.When selected test options -Select “Students must have a ticket to take this test” 2. Click continue

How do students login to complete an online assessment?

1.WEBSITE: www.edusoft.com/test 2.Students enter login information -assigned username and password -assigned ticket

IF TICKET WAS USED. 1.Student must verify their name before test directions appear
