3 Autocracy An autocracy is a form of government in which one citizen holds all government power. Examples: Dictators, Emperors, Absolute Monarchs, Caesars, Czars Iraqi Dictator Saddam Hussein

4 Oligarchy An Oligarchy is a government in which a small, select group of citizens control power. Iran is an Oligarchy in which only a select group of religious leaders and appointed officials share power.

5 Democracy A democracy is a form of government in which each citizen is allowed to participate in government. There are various types of democracies; predominantly republics, or governments where representative leaders are elected to government positions. Presidential Democracy Parliamentary Democracy
