Good ears to bounce ideas off of. Keep me grounded and in touch with reality. Do I really need to explain why?? I’m the captain (usually) and they’re the crew (literally!) Their excitement for mama’s job reminds me why I do what I do

The like and share things that I post and that makes me feel good I get to learn from them when we get together and from across the miles. When I teach CASE, my excitement and passion is rejuvenated!

How can you possibly convert them to crew members? Sometimes I’m too critical of myself. I need to keep my first born tendencies in check Can sometimes be really patronizing and negative about trying new things. Kill ‘em with kindness and use passion and positive assertiveness to win him over.

How can you possibly convert them to crew members? Isn’t fully on-board with the whole #AgEdu thing. Doesn’t like kids missing class. Fails to see the big picture sometimes. I could invite her to events, ask her to judge or chaperone on weekend things. Try to get her to “see the light!”
