The Electronic entering of the Patient’s presenting Background and History, Medical Assessment, and Recommendations 2. Notifications for Pathology, Radiology, and cardiology Results Patient Waiting time Re-observation time Decision prompting This enables you to provide a better patient experience

If no flow controller continue to queue to Senior Consultant and hub controller Clinical Instability Criteria enterednotification for when patient outside threshholds for Clinical Instability Criteria: Temp: Below 38 Pulse: 120 Systolic: 200 Respiratory Rate: 30 SaO2: <90% Automatic notification to Treating Doctor escalation to Senior Doctor and Flow Controller

If no flow controller continue to queue to Senior Consultant No Doctor AssignedAutomatic notification after 2 hours if not assigned by senior consultant Escalation to flow controller after 20 minutes. If no flow controller continue to queue to Senior Consultant Results Ready NotificationChange results notifications to go to doctor assigned or senior consultant if not assigned, in addition to flow coordinator currently receiving them.

This sends the medical record to CPF A Submit confirmation will occur with a reminder to Discharge patient from EDIS All Fields then become Read only and Any further entry should be in CPF Submit
