Arizona’s Focus Leverage and accelerate coordination and integration between physical health and behavioral health providers Improve justice system transitions through HIT infrastructure and health plan interfaces to coordinate coverage and care with the Arizona Dept. of Corrections, jails, and probation systems Enhance and develop regionally based care coordination models for the AIHP, collaboration with IHS, 638, and non-tribal providers to support infrastructure development that will reduce system fragmentation 3 Reaching across Arizona to provide comprehensive quality health care for those in need
