Requirements Participate in Young Authors Contest Participate in Newspapers in Education Contest Options (pick 2) Celebrate Literacy Award Family Reading/Special Reading Project Community Service Project International Literacy Day Celebration Read for the Record Program Read Across America Program African-American Read- in Chain Book Club Program Literacy Project for school

6. Complete 2 of the following Attendance at Leadership Training and Professional Learning Sessions (One member must be present at each activity) Attendance at the LRA Conference Support the goals of LRA
