Next Steps Delta Stewardship Council will receive comments on the staff’s final draft Delta Plan and provides direction for final draft plan Public review and comment on supplement to PEIR and draft regulations PEIR comments and responses will be published in the Final Program EIR in Fall 2012 Delta Stewardship Council staff and the Council will utilize the Final Program EIR to formulate and adopt a final Delta Plan in 2012 Delta Plan becomes regulation after compliance with state rulemaking process – Spring 2013 11
