Alpha Program Requirements Roof Inspections once every two years (minimum of 25 roofs) Annually submit all SPF roofs installed over 5,000 SF 98% of roofs not currently leaking 98% customer satisfaction for surveyed roofs Attend yearly Alpha Meeting Respond to the leaks within 7 days of notification 3

Solution to meet the requirement Annual Roof List – Jan 15: Request the Annual Roof List – Jan 30: Deadline to submit the roof list – Alpha Status “on hold” if not met the deadline Resolving customer issues – 7 days to respond with the status – 14 days to resolve the issue – Disqualification if not notified of the resolution within 14 days 5
