5  PV is used to calculate Rank and Volume Requirements  BV is a conversion factor used to adjust for higher product costs and is used to calculate a representative’s pay:  For example:  Prodovite – 65 PV and 52 BV The Representative is paid on the BV. THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN PV AND BV

6  Customers receive a 10% discount when on Auto Ship  Sponsor receives the difference between Retail and Wholesale  Prodovite – Regular Customer – $85.00 Retail Representative receives $20.00  Prodovite – Preferred Customer - $76.50 Retail  Representative receives $11.50 ( instead of $5.20 uni- level payment )  Up line uni-level commissions are paid on the CV CUSTOMER PAYOUT

7 Uni-Level Payout

8 The Fast Start Bonus is a 25% bonus paid to the Sponsor when their newly sponsored Representative, or higher, places a minimum order of $130 (or more). This order can be placed anytime. No Uni-level commission will be Paid on the $130.00 (or more) order yet the amount will count as GV for the original sponsor. This bonus is paid weekly. Fast Start Bonus

9 Victory Nutrition will match the uni-level portion of the Representative’s commission check the month after the Representative has reached the following ranks for the first time. Manager, Executive Manager and Director Match Award

10 Representatives will receive a one-time bonus for maintaining the following ranks for a minimum of three consecutive months.  Manager $250.00  Executive Manager $500.00  Director $ 750.00  Executive Director $1000.00 Rank Maintenance Bonus

11 Victory Bonus Victory Nutrition will pay you 10% of the commission bonus checks on each of your personally sponsored Representatives every month you maintain minimum PV of 225

12 Each Share of the Elite Bonus Pool is comprised of 2% of the total monthly commissionable volume for Victory Nutrition. Elite Bonus Pool

13 Presidential Director Maintain Position for 3 Months to qualify for 1 Share. No one share will earn more than $50,000 (US) per month and is paid out on a pro-rata basis. If they fall out of qualification they must start the three months of qualification over to regain their share Elite Bonus Pool (cont.)

14 Founders Founders will receive one (1) share in the Elite Bonus Pool for each Founder’s Pack they purchased. Elite Bonus Pool (cont.)
